Workout of the Day

Also known as WOD, this is the bread and butter of CrossFit. Its objective is to ensure athletes are physically prepared for any task thrown their way. You’ll lift weights, run, jump, push and pull your own bodies long and fast. With this program, we change the exercise combinations so that your body is constantly adapting and improving. Over time, regular attendance will increase an athlete’s fitness level across the board.


This class will combine basic functional bodybuilding movements along with Olympic lifting. You will have the opportunity to build strength and also improve your technique. This will also be great for beginners, you will have plenty of time to review movements with the coach without being under a strict class time domain. Daily programming will be provided and demonstrated by the coach. The coach will also ask for the member to relay any weaknesses so on the spot programming can be discussed. We look forward to seeing you in class.

Hoboken HIIT

Hoboken HIIT is a 45 minute total body performance and conditioning program designed to train members with the same varied functional movements as Crossfit but without the barbell. All training sessions are held in a small group format to ensure a tailored experience geared towards catering to each individual’s needs. Workouts are programmed using rowers, ski ergs, dumbbells, sandbags, body weight movements and more. Our goal is to help you shred while reaching your goals- whether they be conditioning, strength, or new skills. While every class focuses on pushing your conditioning to the max, we also target strengthening different muscle groups day to day. Mondays, Wednesdays and Friday incorporate strength training while Tuesdays and Thursdays are designed to help you shred through non-stop movements with light resistance and high reps.

Free Trial Class

Not sure about CrossFit? Try it out before you make your decision. We know you will be hooked after one class. We hold our Free Trial Classes every Saturday morning. We only ask that you sign up prior to attending so that we can accommodate you. Please arrive about 10 minutes before the class. All you need to bring is conventional gym attire (athletic shoes, shorts, and a t-shirt). We have plenty of water, but make sure you properly hydrate before coming to class.

Open Gym

Open gym is a fantastic resource and a chance to really hone your skills! Open gym enables athletes do their own thing as well as catch up on missed WODs. A certified L-1 coach is always on site during that time to ensure the safety of everyone in the gym.

Crossfit Kids (Age 6-12)

Who says adults get to have all the fun? CrossFit Kids teaches children the principles of mechanics, consistency, and intensity in working out. Establishing good movements and fitness through childhood and adolescence is our goal. CrossFit Kids provides children with physical literacy, enhanced sports performance, and fewer sports injuries. Also, scientific research proves that exercise benefits cognitive function. So your little athlete will do better on the field and in the classroom.
