What is Crossfit?

Crossfit is a lifestyle, fueled by healthy decisions in and out of the gym, enabled by a supportive community of like minded indivduals and. facilitated by passionate coaches knowledgeable in fitness and nutrition.

The workouts are described as constantly varied functional movements performed at high intensity and are suited for individuals at all levels of fitness.

HIGH INTENSITY INTERVAL TRAINING

A 45 minute total body performance and conditioning program designed to train members with the same varied functional movements as Crossfit but without the barbell.

All training sessions are held in a small group format to ensure a tailored experience geared towards catering to each individual’s needs. Workouts are programmed using rowers, ski ergs, dumbbells, sandbags, body weight movements and more. Our goal is to help you shred while reaching your goals- whether they be conditioning, strength, or new skills.
