One-on-One Coaching
One-on-One Coaching is an amazingly effective and efficient way to achieve your individual fitness goals. Your coach will work with you to identify and clarify your fitness goals, conduct a functional movement assessment, and design a program specifically targeted at improving your deficiencies and optimizing your strengths, thereby enabling you to achieve your goals as quickly as possible.
Small-Group Coaching
Small-group coaching is the perfect solution for the person looking for the benefits of one-on-one coaching and the social interaction of team training. Ideal for groups of 2 to 5 individuals of similar fitness capacities or with similar fitness goals, your small-group workouts will be tailored to address specific needs and goals of the group and/or individuals within the group.
Sport Specific Training
In order to truly train athletes for their positions and their sports, coaches at Athletic Edge first break down the position into movement patterns (and subsequent energy system requirements) and, after an initial athletic evaluation, devise a strength and conditioning program geared to preparing and mastering those movements.
Pre/Post Natal Training
The focus of prenatal training is to prepare you for the big day and for the following recovery.  In addition to the obvious weight gain there are also hormonal differences that change the way women can work out before and after giving birth. It is important to work with somebody that knows what to focus on and what to avoid.
Nutrition Counseling
CrossFit Hoboken offers one-on-one Nutrition Counseling to help you reach your weight and body composition goals. You can schedule appointments with our staff to customize meal planning, diet considerations, shop for food items, and log your diet results. This comprehensive program can help the athlete that is looking to simply lose weight, manage chronic disease expression, and optimize overall performance and energy.
