Bootcamp was inspired by the concept of taking Crossfit’s basic principles and fundamental movements to develop athletes and making it accessible to people of a wide range skill levels. The idea of using constantly varied functional movements performed at high intensity still applies to Bootcamp but unlike our CROSSFIT CLASSES, no previous knowledge(fundamentals) or experience is required to attend. We use movements that are intuitive and require relatively little to master in order to build the basic level of strength, conditioning and kinesthetic awareness. All you need is the willingness to get better and learn something new!
