This makes a great pre-work out breakfast, snack or dessert. 1/2 raisins, (I like  using Crasins) 1/4 cup chopped nuts. (I like walnuts and almonds) 2 dates chopped 1/4 cup blueberries Put all ingredients in bowl, sprinkle with cinnamon and cover with coconut milk or almond milk.
