This class will combine basic functional bodybuilding movements along with Olympic lifting. You will have the opportunity to build strength and also improve your technique. This will also be great for beginners, you will have plenty of time to review movements with the coach without being under a strict class time domain. Daily programming will be provided and demonstrated by the coach. The coach will also ask for the member to relay any weaknesses so on the spot programming can be discussed.
