Hoboken HIIT is a 45 minute total body performance and conditioning program designed to train members with the same varied functional movements as Crossfit but without the barbell. All training sessions are held in a small group format to ensure a tailored experience geared towards catering to each individual’s needs. Workouts are programmed using rowers, ski ergs, dumbbells, sandbags, body weight movements and more. Our goal is to help you shred while reaching your goals- whether they be conditioning, strength, or new skills.
While every class focuses on pushing your conditioning to the max, we also target strengthening different muscle groups day to day. Mondays, Wednesdays and Friday incorporate strength training while Tuesdays and Thursdays are designed to help you shred through non-stop movements with light resistance and high reps.
