CrossFit Kids teaches the ten general physical skills. These include cardiovascular and respiratory endurance,stamina, strength, flexibility, power, speed, coordination, agility, balance and accuracy. This program is a combination of skill practice; as well as workouts and games to build strength and conditioning.  Studies have shown that children who participate in physical fitness activities have an increased ability to learn, stay focused and succeed in school as well as sports!
