1. This evening marks our first pier workout. Come out and enjoy the workout on Pier A.
1. There will only be two evening classes tonight. The 6:00 pm class and the 8:15 class are effectively cancelled for this evening. However if you are unable to make either 6:45 or 7:30 you could easily do this workout outside of the gym. No equipment is needed.
So to recap. Your classes today are:
6:30 am at the gym
6:45 pm at the pier
7:15 pm at the pier
1 pound whitefish or sole fillets
1/4 cup lemon juice
1 teaspoon olive oil
1/2/ teaspoons white pepper
1 small onion, thinly sliced
1/2 lb Asparagus
1 teaspoon dried parsley flakes
Directions:Cut fish into serving-size pieces. Place in an ungreased 11 x 7 x 2-inch baking dish. Drizzle with lemon juice and oil; sprinkle with pepper. Arrange onion slices over fish; sprinkle with parsley. Cover and let stand for 5 minutes. Bake at 350-degrees for 20 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
