June 2nd, 20081. Wall-ball: 20 pound ball, 10 ft target. (Reps)
2. Sumo deadlift high-pull: 75 pounds (Reps)
3. Box Jump: 20″ box (Reps)
4. Push-press: 75 pounds (Reps)
5. Row: calories (Calories)
6. Rest
3 Rounds for total reps
Each station is one minute long. Perform as many reps as possible in the time allotted.

Zoned Burritos
May 31st, 2008Ingredients
1 fat-free flour tortilla (3 C)
1 oz cheddar cheese grated (1 P)
3 oz chicken breast (3 P)
1/4 cup salsa (1c)
2 tbsp guacamole (4 F)
1/4 c shredded lettuce
Directions:
1. Cook chicken breast. Chop and set aside.
2. Warm flour tortilla and spread with avocado.
3. Top with chopped chicken breast, cheese, lettuce and salsa. Wrap and enjoy!
