Box Jump 20″
Row for Calories
1 minute rest in between rounds.
3x Max Effort True Push-Ups. 3 Minutes of rest between sets(each hand on 45# plate)
3 rounds each round scored separately
sprint 400 meters
max KB swings
max pull ups
The goal is to get as many KB swings and pull up without putting the KB down or drop off the bar/rest Post each exercise and round separately (run time, kb swings, pull ups)
