Sumo deadlift high-pull (75/55)
Box Jump 20″
Push-press (75/55)
Row for Calories
1 minute rest in between rounds.
BOOTCAMP
3x Max Effort True Push-Ups. 3 Minutes of rest between sets(each hand on 45# plate)
“Helen max”
3 rounds each round scored separately
sprint 400 meters
max KB swings
max pull ups
The goal is to get as many KB swings and pull up without putting the KB down or drop off the bar/rest Post each exercise and round separately (run time, kb swings, pull ups)

John, thanks for sharing. Is it just me, or did it look like he could have handled another 40, 50, 60 lbs?!?! That is scary…
After the medal ceremony, Ilyin said he prepared for the Olympics with a special diet, including horse meat, a Kazakh delicacy.
“I try not to eat anything which is too fat, and I can’t eat anything which is too sweet,” Ilyin said. “I think chicken and horse meat are ideal food because it’s very easy to digest.”
