Everyone is welcome to attend this Workout. Please bring a towel with you for towel pull-ups. We will be supplying duct tape. Show up at least 10 minutes prior to the workout beginning.

    Short of skin grafts, does anyone have suggestions to save the skin on my shins during deadlifts, missed box jump attempts and ditched barbells? I’d rather not wear soccer shin guards and someone said to strap half a 2 liter bottle to my shins?!? What about those socks I see some people wear? Thanks!

      Those socks are reserved for the elite. You cannot buy them, they must be earned. You need to be like Navy Seal and Olympic athlete covered in an Adamantium body suit to wear those socks. In the meantime, try a little Vagisil on the shin scrapes.

        Thanks for the heads up! Yeah the Vagisil didn’t work and Summer’s Eve stings while leaving a tell-tale odor. I think I’ll start with a cycle or 2 of HGH so I get good enough for socks.

    Most steroids are soy based oils, so you can’t use them. They’re not Paleo compliant, sorry but you’ll just need to shop for some tall men’s board shorts or wrap your legs with surgical tape.

      Got it! I rubbed my calfs in grass-fed beef and avocado, then covered my shins in Reebok stickers and pictures of Rich Froening. Worked great! Everyone at Planet Fitness looked at me funny, but they just don’t understand, right?

        Awesome idea on the beef and avocado spa treatment! I hope you made a video of yourself from at least 5 camera angles to prove it. Post the video to Vimeo immediately so that we can all benefit.
