30 Squat Cleans (95/65)
30 Pull-Ups
Run 800 Meters 

BOOTCAMP
Warm up: 

3 rounds of 30 seconds of reps:
Ring Rows,
push ups,
sit ups (butterfly)
air squats. 

Then…
4 Rounds: 3 Minute AMRAP
30 Ball Slams
Max Effort Wall Balls
