20 Rep Max Deadlift


20 Rep Max Hang Clean


BOOTCAMP

3 Rounds of:
Walking lunge 200′
Standing broad-jump, 200′ (3 Reverse Burpees Every 5 Jumps)
Run 200 meters

Finisher:50 Burpees For Time.


JULY CHALLENGE
: 31 day Burpee Challenge x3! DAY 26. Home stretch dudes! The next 5 days are the most challenging but if you can get through this you’re all badasses!
