15 Overhead Squats (95/65) 

BOOTCAMP
3x Max Effort Pull-Up
then..

12 Minute AMRAP:
2 Wall Climbs
4 Hand Release Clapping Push-Up
8 Russian Kettlebell Swings (32/20 Kilo)

JULY CHALLENGE: 31 day Burpee Challenge x3! DAY 17. If you’ve miss days you must make up the burpees in order to complete the challenge. You can do this from home or at the gym and reps done in workouts count towards the day’s total.

    Was today’s WOD originally 3×3 deadlifs then 5 rounds of burpees & deadlifts?

    Just wanted to give a quick shout out to Mike and Mike for doing such an awesome job coaching the 6:45 WOD. The room was packed and everyone needed a lot of space and equipment. You guys did a great job of managing the room, coaching, cheerleading and making sure everyone was safe and sweaty.
