Test: 3x Max Effort Handstand Push-Ups (Sub Pike Push-Ups if you can’t get full HSPU. Work on range of motion)
Dumbbell Thruster (35/20)
Sumo Deadlift High Pull 7 Rep Max
Weighted Pull-Ups 3 Rep Max
Jumping Lunges (each leg alternating)
One Arm Russian KB Swings (15x Right/15x Left)
Med Ball Sit-Ups
JULY CHALLENGE: 31 day Burpee Challenge x3! DAY 10. If you’ve miss days you must make up the burpees in order to complete the challenge. You can do this from home or at the gym and reps done in workouts count towards the day’s total.
