Missing this workout and Beastie Boy Friday…I’m really pissed!
I’m going to waddle down to the gym and do this one with some dumbbells and I think it will take me longer than the 3 of you combined! Remember, you can always get together during open gym for a wod date.
I definitely want to give this a go as well. I may give it a shot on Sunday if the CMC doesn’t incapacitate me tomorrow.

I’m with you guys, just did it and took just under 31 minutes with dumbbells! However, I sort of loved it.
