: Max effort toes to bar. Same rules apply as the Crossfit Open standard toes to bar. Coach Hector D. and Lauren C. are currently in the lead with 36 and 31 each.

REMINDERS:
- The gym will be closed the Friday and weekend of Memorial Day.

    Are there any brave souls racing in the Civilian Military Combine this weekend? Yes? Are you running solo and interested in joining a team? If so, I have a buddy who I ran with last year who is looking for someone to round out his team. He’s practically a legend… he ran the entire race last year with a pack and GoPro on his back; and a major army intelligence base is named after his great grandfather… strong roots.
