Way to go John.
Nice job John.
Congrats John. All your hard work paid off. Great job.
Awesome job, John! Way to represent CFH!
hey for the Mon and Wed 815pm Bootcamp i must squeal my protest …….is there any reason the bootcamp classes are being moved? The 815 pm classes are a big draw to people who work late.I thought attendance was pretty good (~ 15 people). This leaves the people who can only make it at 815pm with the barbell club class. The barbell club class is great but pretty packed already. Will there be an additional coach? Esp for the less skilled individuals like myself.
Please reconsider this.
PS thanks for listening to my rant
Pimp,
We appreciate the feedback. This has been a long debated move and all of the staff that has been a part of the M/W 8:15 mashup is in favor of it. Both classes are highly trafficked and it’s unfair to everyone to leave the schedule the way it is now. As it stands, Barbell club unable to be versatile with certain potential workouts due to the area/resource constraints and bootcamp is getting shoved into a corner to do workouts…. literally…you guys are smashed into one side of an 11,000 square foot facility. It’s unfair to the coaches trying to shout over each other and members who aren’t getting the proper coaching and attention they need because of the volume of people in the room and the distractions all around. Both classes end up suffering, I promise. As for the extra coaching I would be happy to help Dan spread the love around during barbell club if he feels like he needs an extra hand. We want you guys to get better and having you come into a room with 50 people doing two different workouts at once is definitely not conducive to helping that growth.

I second pimpineasy comment on perhaps a second coach in Barbell. Dan does an awesome job and wish there were 2-3 Dans walking around. Given the technique and form required for a lot of the lifts in barbell itd be great to have another resource there with 20+ ppl
Awesome JM!!!!!!
can you put up the workout for today on Beyond the Whiteboard. Thanks!
Up and running.
Very proud of you John!
Great work John!
