Hey guys, If the video isn’t displaying for you and you’d like to check it out, see it here: http://vimeo.com/39224654. Camille LeBlanc-Bazinet breaking the Fran Ladder record in Open Workout 12.5. Awesome stuff.

In regards to Bootcamp…how much leg work does it entail? I pulled my hamstring/calf (straight through the back of the knee)over a week ago and I haven’t been able to run/jump (I have been trying to see if i can do any of the classes)….I really want to get to class, and it seems that there is a lot of upper body work…what do u think?

The step ups will fry your legs pretty quickly unless you use the lightest sand bag possible or no sand bag at all. Honestly if you’re still on the mend from a hamstring injury I wouldn’t try this RX’d at all. I’m sure there are other workouts that you can do that won’t aggravate anything but better to let the coaches help you out on that front.
