For those of us (ME) who are not part of the muscle up club yet, what is the scaling option for Amanda?
When is the WOD posted on the website so I know what I will be doing that day. No big deal really, but I looked on the sheet that was posted in January and the listed WOD for today wasn’t what we actually did. As a new member I like to know what we are doing so I can refresh myself of the movement so I dont waste anyones time during the workout. Not a big deal at all, I was just curious, thanks for a great workout this morning!
yea the programming email that we got is off…i think you guys skipped Feb 14 and we may a day ahead/behind of what was emailed to us
