Notes:
Each Power Clean must begin with weight touching floor and finish in the full upright Rack Position
Shoulder must touch the top of the ring and elbows must fully lockout at the top.
Question: what if you don’t have a ring dip?
Hey Whitney, Not a problem. Everyone is welcome to scale with a band or down to pushups. That said, if you don’t do the workout as Rx’d you will not be eligible for the prizes.
Will the weights for the cleans be scaled at all? I weigh 152lbs and doing 185 wil knock me right out. Also, will there be a masters division?

Just like the dips, you may scale the weights for the cleans. No one is going to force anyone to do anything they feel uncomfortable or unsafe with. Unfortunately this will put you out of contention for the prize money.
What if you’d like to give the weight a shot, but don’t get any reps? Do you need a rep to stay alive and do the other workouts?
