As all of you know by now hurricane Irene is unfortunately heading straight toward the north east and is projected to be a category 1 by time it connects with the tri-state area. This means winds over 75 MPH and torrential rain for the duration of the storm as well as a high possibility for flooding and electrical failure in Hoboken. For the safety of our members and newcomers we have decided to cancel regular and beginner classes for Saturday and Sunday. Depending on the amount of flooding in the area and the length of time it takes to drain, Crossfit Hoboken may also remain closed for some of Monday as well. There will be a follow up email/post on the gym website to confirm which classes are still available on Monday. We understand that many people look forward to the classes on weekend and apologize for the inconvenience but we care about keeping our members alive before fit. Stay safe this weekend and we will see you when this mess gets cleared up.

For anyone that wants in. Some of us will be meeting at Pier “A” tomorrow morning at 10 am for a workout. This is not an official class and will not be deducted from anyone’s membership.
