About Stefan

Stefan is a certified Crossfit Level 1 and Olympic lifting trainer. He has a long history of fitness training from over 10 years as a U.S. Marine Infantry officer. Growing up he was a competitive swimmer and cross country runner. Stefan brings a passion for fitness and improving people’s lives through a dedicated training regime and solid nutrition planning. He holds a culinary degree from the French Culinary Institute in NYC and is one of the chefs on Caveman Cooking. In his spare time, he is probably cooking steak.
