3 minutes of tabata at each station

*Tabata: Work/Rest intervals of 20/10 seconds. A 3 minute tabata station will include six intervals of work and rest.

Score for each station= lowest number of reps on any of the 6 intervals. (Ex. Your sets for box jumps in this order are 10,9,9,7,6,8, your score for would be 6.)

Total Score: Add the scores from each station to get your total score.
