Years ago Greg Glassman was helping BJ Penn train for a fight and tried to come up with something that would simulate time domain of an MMA fight. The end result was BJ Penn laying on the floor gasping for breath, feeling beaten by the WOD and Glassman asked what BJ thought and his response was, βIt was like a fight gone bad.β
Now this epic workout is being used as more than an awesome WOD, it is helping Wounded Warriors and working towards a cancer cure. On Saturday September 25th at 12pm you have an opportunity to take part in this brutal WOD
Fight Gone Bad
