    I think heading over to the shore and swimming some of “Earl’s” rip currents would be a nice little change-of-pace WOD.

      Marcus at Ivy Rehab. I’ve been to three others in town and Ivy is the only one that “gets it” — probably b/c they specialize in dealing with athletes.

    Alright, Mike, you didn’t give me a chance to finish… using arms and legs is the intermediate version of this WOD; arms tied behind back w/ 25lb weight vest is “advanced”…
