Beginner Workout
In teams of 2 complete the following stations. 1 player works while the other rests.
Each Interval is 3 minutes long making each station 6 minutes long per team:
Station 1:
Row for meters.
Score is 1 point for every 250 meters finished as a team.
Station 2:
8 Medicine Ball Situps
15 Medicine Ball Front Squats
8 Medicine Ball Push Press
Score is 1 point per round completed
Station 3:
5 Pullups
10 Pushups
15 Air Squats
Score is 1 point per round completed
Station 4:
10 Ring Rows
20 Medicine Ball Russian Twists
10 Medicine Ball Thrusters
Score is 1 point per round completed
Add your total scores together to get your Team Score.

Holiday Schedule
The gym will be open for regular classes on Friday with 1 additional class occuring at 2pm.
Saturday the schedule is as usual.
Sunday we will be closed
Monday we will be closed
Tuesday we will reopen and Continue as normal
All Future Fridays we will revert back to non-summer hours:
6:00 class
6:45 class
7:30 class
