Congratulations guys! Also for anybody that would like to work on their mobility check out this site with daily mobility WODs. I am going to start doing them and anticipate seeing a big difference in range of motion, form and results

Craig, do you plan on doing the group order for the fish oil again? If so, let me know because I’d like another bottle.

  5. Craig says:

James, We could although Carlson‘s seems to be the favorite for value.

On a side note. Can we have some members help to correct anna’s rowing form?

if i may offer some of my findings (as i finally feel i have something to contribute to this board other than jokes that aren’t funny). I thought about fish oil a lot after discussions at CFH and reading the omega RX zone. the toughest part about taking fish oil for me wasn’t being convinced of its benefits; it was being findng ones of good quality. No one is regulating it or making manufacturers list the purity levels, the ration of omega 3′s vs omega 6′s, how much EPA/DHA, etc, etc. Everyone started putting “pharmaceutical grade” and “mercury free” on their bottles. So an independent organization started testing fish oils. And not just brands, but actual batches. They tell you why a and exactly what standards each fish oil product passed. So now I only order from those that are consistently in the top tier of this organization’s findings (I’ve been getting the liquid from George B. Elvolve). Just thought I’d share what helped me get through some confusion in picking the fish oil.
