6 pitted dates
1 Tablespoon cocoa powder
2 Tablespoons coconut butter
2 Tablespoons unsweetened shredded coconut (in bulk at WF)
Put it all in your food processor. Shape into bars and coat with more coconut. It only makes 7 – U may want to scale it up. These are quick and dangerously delicious. A great way to indulge while maintaining Paleo. Be careful as they are loaded with calories. Those of you looking for weight loss may want to wait till you’ve dropped the lbs before making these.
