Ingredients:
1 Cup Smooth Almond Butter
2 Whole Egg
1/2 Cup Honey
1/2 Cup Coconut Oil
1 Cup Almond Flour
1/2 Cup Coconut Flour
1/2 Cup Dried Cranberries
1/4 Cup Cocoa Powder
1/2 Cup Carob Nips
1/2 Cup Unsweetened Coconut
1/2 Cup Dark Chocolate Chips (Optional)

Directions

1) Preheat Oven to 350 degrees and Greased 13″x9″ Pan (grease with coconut oil)
2) Mix Almond Butter, Eggs, Honey, and Oil first
3) Mix in flour, cocoa powder, fruit, and coconut
4) Pour Mixture into pan
5) Bake for 9-11 minutes
These are the same bars that we have made for the Saturday Morning Classes.  Please not that I usually don’t use measuring cups when I make this recipe.  Add dry ingredients as needed if the mixture appears to runny!
