With a teamate:
5 rounds:
3 minute AMRAP (As Many Rounds As Possible) with a medicine ball:

6 overhead situps
8 thrusters
10 push press
12 russian twists

Teamate 1 goes while teamate 2 rests and cheers on player 1. On the call of rotate, player 2 continues wherever player 1 leaves off. Max total rounds completed as a team in 30 minutes wins.

Note: each player will contribute 15 minutes of work
